Comment: Lage ist ist gut. Metro sowie Straßenbahnhaltestellen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstücksangebot super und sehr reichhaltig. Zimmer und Hotel sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Nachteil: Auto durfte da wir LPG tanken nicht in die Tiefgarage, das sollte bekannt sein für Reisende. Abflussrohr lag kurz hinter der Decke. Man hörte jede "Aktion" von oben. Wir hatten das Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl und Eingang, leider sehr hellhörig. Die Eingangstür sollte mit einer Verzögerung schliessen, da knallt siese auch nicht so. Internet hatten wir nur ganz kurz..anhaltend. Ansonsten entweder gar kein Netz bzw. trennte es sich nach 2-3 Minuten wieder. Also wem Internet wichtig ist, kann sich da nicht drauf verlassen. Trotz Rückfrage an der Rezeption änderte sich da nichts. Dennoch waren wir zufrieden. Eigentlich ärgerte uns das mit dem Internet am meisten, da wir uns darauf verlassen hatten und das ein Auswahlkriterium war für die Wahl der Unterkunft. Das unser Zimmer unglücklich lag, damit hatten wir uns arrangiert. Da sonst alles okay war. Wir würden wegen der Lage und dem Top-Frühstücksangebot das Hotel wieder wählen. (Translate)

Cancellation policies

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies apply for group reservations (more than 11 people).
Unless the below listed cancellation conditions apply, Mary’s Travel Agency reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 300 CZK for individual reservations or a 5% fee of the confirmed services (for group reservations for more than 11 people). These conditions applies for all accommodation and service reservations made by Mary's Travel Agency.

Hotels, pensions, hostels

For cancellations more than 48 hours prior arrival the cancellation fee 300 CZK will be charged, for cancellations less than 48 hours prior arrival you will be charged the amount of the first night, unless there are determined stricter criteria for cancellation conditions by individual hotels, hostels or guest houses. For top terms individual cancellation conditions apply.
For group reservations (more than 11 persons) individual cancellation conditions apply - according to the conditions of the hotel.
