 Comment: В целом наше размещение в Праге оставило приятное впечатление. Прекрасное расположение апартаментов (одновременно в тихом районе рядом с прекрасным парком и в 10 минутах ходьбы прогулочным шагом до Вацлавской площади) немало этому способствовало. В кухне имеется все для приготовления счастливых завтраков и ужинов:посуда,плита, чайник, кофеварка, тостер, холодильник, микроволновка. С точки зрения обстановки и поддержания чистоты - все тоже прекрасно. Сотрудницы агентства Mary's Travel были всегда готовы помочь нам в решении любых проблем. Но... проблемы все-таки были. При заезде нам просто вручили ключи и довезли до нужного адреса, сотрудник агентства с нами в квартиру не поднялся, т.е. процесса сдачи-приемки квартиры не было. В результате только на третий день, вернее, раннее утро мы обнаружили, что имеющийся утюг не работает, а водонагреватель воду нагревать перестал. Пришлось отправляться в город с немытой головой и в мятой одежде, что, согласитесь, не приятно. Правда, после обращения в агентство эти проблемы были к вечеру решены, но осадок остался.Честно говоря, у меня сложилось впечатление, что наши апартаменты просто не проверили на готовность к приезду гостей, поскольку после нашей жалобы нагреватель не просто заработал, как зверь, но еще и батареи нам включили, а до этого было холодновато, что мы без энтузиазма, но переносили, поскольку приехали из Сибири. ))) Зато после разрешения этих неприятных моментов все остальное было выше всех похвал. Так что в наш следующий приезд, который мы планируем года через три, мы, скорее всего, обратимся в это же агентство, поскольку к клиентам они внимательны, а недоразумения случаются у всех. Спасибо Mary's Travel за прием и до новой встречи в прекрасной и вечно молодой Праге!

 Comment: Paní na ůklid a předání klíču byla domluvená na 10h ráno.Jako klasický chlap jsem počítal s 10h. Paní přišla za 10min 10h, což bylo pro mě špatné, protože jsem nebyl zbalený a špatné pro paní, že mě viděla jen v trenkách:-) Za což se jí omlouvám! P.S: Ale pro chlapa je 10h fakt 10h :-)Petr

Comment: Персонал и размещение порадовали! Предупредительность, вежливость. Апартаменты олностью соответствут описанию на сайте. Местоположение весьма удачное, близко от Музея (7 минут пешком) и в тоже время тихо, рядом с парком. Не поленитесь - прогуляйтесь вверх по парку и через 15 минут будете у телебашни, не могу сказать, что панорама завораживает, но для тех, кто в Праге впрервые будет полезно совместить изображение и карту :-)
Немного негатива...
Небольшой сюрприз преподнес унитаз - вода продолжала литься, когда не нужно. Русская смекалка помогла, мы сказали об этой коллизии персоналу, я уверен, что поломка уже устранена.
Спасибо Mary's, всему персоналу. Весьма надеемся продолжить пользоваться их услугами.

côté que nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas prévoir. Ces travaux seront
terminés d'ici peu et nous contrôlons les horaires de début et de fin de
travaux afin de diminuer au maximum les nuisances pour nos clients. Le
stationnement à Prague est réputé difficile, c'est pourquoi nous
proposons à nos clients des parkings à 450 CZK/jour à côté de nos
appartements.

Comment: The apartment met our expectations and was as advertised. The quality was good throughout and it had a light airy feeling being a penthouse which we liked. It was also well suited for our young children as it did not have any balconies. The park opposite is good for a morning run or walk as it is hilly.
Our concerns: The internet connection was frequently down. The satelite TV service was minimal. We did not have a key to the courtyard to dispose of trash. Collection service was 40 minutes late due to traffic.
Overall a pleasant place to stay, good value and recommended. Marys staff are polite, professional and welcoming.
