 Comment: The apartment is very nice. Just two slightly negative points. 1. The lady at the building reception could not communicate in English, which is not very convenient. 2. The wifi signal is very weak in the room. I normally had to open the door of the apartment and sit at the door to surf online.

Comment: I was very pleased with the service given by Mary's. I arrived late Friday evening, the car service (with extra fee) was waiting for me at the airport with a sign with my name. Since I had such late arrival, the driver had a key to my apartment so I did not have to check in. The staff was even nice enough to meet me at the apartment the next day to check me into the apartment. So I did not have to leave, it was very convenient. The location of my apartment was in the middle of Old Town Prague with a 4 minute walk to the metro station. It was very convenient. I would definitely use Mary's again.

Comment: Both the apartment and location were excellent. It was a bit of a problem to have to come to the office to collect the key but, once at the apartment, we were very satisfied. We should have used the transfer service initially. We did when leaving and this was much more satisfactory than trying it get to the main station with luggage.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location too, very accessible. The apartment is very clean and big. Overall best apartment i have stayed during my backpack to Europe.

Comment: The apartment we rented was excellently located in old town with all amenities close by. The accommodation it's self was very good, although a little noisy on the weekend due to a close by club. The fan provided was good as it provided a white noise that overrode the music. We would definitely stay at this apartment again on a return visit to Prague. We also used the transfer service that made things simple. I would recommend it to all who plan a visit to Prague.

Comment: I was difficult traveling with so much cash. i exchanged for Czech krowns in the US since I was arriving on Sunday. I would have very much preferred to pay in advance via credit carrd or money transfer. BUT WE LOVED THE APARTMENT !!! David
